The below presentation was made on Tuesday, Sept. 6th starting at 7:30 PM to the members of the Birchwood Lakes Colony Club. These are only the slides. The presentation with addendums was in a booklet distributed to members. This booklet (which also contains these slides) is being delivered to every member's home. Copying and pasting the pictures did not turn out well.
On the bottom line of the slide below, you can use the numbers for each option (0.474%, 0.790% or 0.948%) and multiply your lot assessment (see your tax bill) by that number to know exactly how much that option would cost you every year. e.g., your lot is assessed at $50,000 and you choose Option 4 (Recommended by the BLCC Board), your annual payment would be $50,000 X 0.948% = $474.00. If you don't have your tax bill handy, go to Search Tax Records on this site to look it up.
