DEED RESTRICTIONS

COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS

In the 1950s, Timber Lakes Corporation, a NJ Corporation, purchased five tracts of land, approximately 170 acres, from Walter & Helen Morgan on May 13, 1952 (Deed Book 1118, Page 416). Timber Lakes Corporation then developed the land and recorded the development at the Burlington County Clerk's office, maps 1847 & 1849. Medford Township shows Birchwood Lakes on their Tax maps 31 and 47. As the Timber Lakes Corporation sold off the lots, they included in each deed a page entitled 'Covenants and Restrictions. Shown below are those 'Covenants and Restrictions' as they appeared in one buyer's deed.
