Board Meetings The Birchwood Lakes Colony Club officers and directors meet regularly, monthly. The monthly meeting is always on the second Monday of the month. It is held at the BLCC Clubhouse located on South Lakeside Drive West and Ramblewood Drive. The meetings begin at 7:30 PM and run until all business is handled, usually between 9 and 10 PM. Members are encouraged to attend. The first part of the meeting covers old business which includes, but is not limited to, the Treasurer's report being read, the Secretary distributing and reading the previous month's minutes, reports by the VPs of Lakes, Property, Recreation, Finance and committee reports such as Publicity, Membership, Clubhouse, Communications and The Birch Log ( the monthly newsletter). After Correspondence and old business are addressed, then new business is discussed and finally, the meeting is open for all members to speak. Non BLCC members who live in Birchwood Lakes are encouraged to attend and join BLCC. They can meet with the membership chairman at the meeting or call later. 2007 Board Meeting Schedule
