PROPERTY TAX RECORDS

If this is your first time searching the NJ Association of County Tax Boards (www.NJACTB.ORG) website for properties, this page may help you. I suggest you print it out. If you know how to search their site, CLICK HERE to go directly there.

When you get on their site:

1. On the top of the page, click on 'RECORDS SEARCH'.

2. In the top center of the page, select the 2nd row down, in the center. Use the down arrow key to see all the counties. Select Burlington.

3.In the top center of your page, select the 3rd row down, in the center. Use the down arrow key to see all the municipalities. Select MEDFORD TWP

4. If you know the owners name, enter it and click on 'submit search., or,

5. If you know the Block and lot, enter it and click on 'submit search', or,

6. If you want to see the entire block, only enter the block number.

Block numbers

Upper Lake is Blocks 4901, 4902, -03, -04, -05, -06, -07, -08, -09, -10 & 11

North Lakeside Dr East - 'On-Lakers' is Block 4902, 'Off-Lakers' is Block 4901

South Lakeside Dr East - 'On-Lakers' is Block 4903, 'Off-Lakers' is Blocks 4904, 4905 & 4906.

Third Lake area is Blocks 4904, -05, -06, -07 and -08

Tax Map of the Upper Lake

Lower Lake is Blocks 3101, 3102, -03, -04, -05, -06, -07 & 08

North Lakeside Dr West, 'On-Lakers' numbers 1 thru 29 is Block 3104, numbers 31 to 55 is Block 3103

North Lakeside Dr West, 'Off-Lakers' numbers 2 thru 26 is Block 3102, numbers 28 thru 58 is Block 3101.

South Lakeside Dr West, 'On-Lakers' numbers 2 thru 26 is Block 3106, numbers 30 thru 46 is Block 3105

South Lakeside Dr. West, 'Off-Lakers' are all Block 3108.
