The Clubhouse had about 18 inches of flood water in it. That required replacing the drywall, some of the wiring, new kitchen lower cabinets, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, hot water heater, heater, heating ducts, etc. This was done with some volunteer labor and the gifts of some appliances.
