This picture taken about one week after the flood shows the depth of the silt at the cove on North Lakeside Drive West between 29 & 31. The newly deposited silt measured 14 inches deep here at the inlet from Deerbrook and out onto the lake bottom for about 100 feet. This picture was taken several weeks after 7/12/04.
