This picture was taken weeks after the flood and show the repairing of the Lower Lake dam. The dam was greatly strengthened over its pre flood condition. The dam did not fail but was damaged in the flood. By inserting two parallel rows of 16 foot long interlocking bulkheads, the dam has been stabilized. This picture was taken from the dam looking toward Oakwood Lake.
