Upper Dam early in the morning of July 13, 2004. Note that the Upper Lake is well above normal as shown by the home in the far shore by the height of the water on the bulkheads. See Picture 7A to see the lake height about 3 hours later. The dam and its bulkheads remained OK but the Berm on the south side partly washed away.
